My stay at the hotel provided a mix of positives and negatives. The room, although with water views along the Ramblas, was disappointing with its lack of natural light, slight noise from the aircon, and not-so-clean bathroom. The service was really nice and impressive, offering various amenities. The location, right on the Rio de la Plata, was quite a distance from the historical center but provided lovely views and convenient access to shops and restaurants. The dining experience was excellent with diverse options that delighted my taste buds.
The hotel is located along the Ramblas with water views, offering a quaint experience despite some worn-out areas in the rooms. The service is exceptional, with knowledgeable and efficient staff. The dining experience is abundant but comes at an extra cost. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was quite a mix of highs and lows. The room I had, facing the ocean, had a trendy but not very practical design. However, the Prestige Suite I experienced was amazing and exceptionally clean, even better than the poor quality photos on the website. The service was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, despite facing some obstacles. The location was nice, especially during the summer when the beach can be enjoyed, but it felt a bit distant from the old city. The dining experience was fantastic, especially the Charcuterie at breakfast, while the facilities were top-notch. However, the fried fish dish could use some improvement.
